Deepak Kumar N has extensive experience in product management, primarily in the supply chain and customer experience domains. At CRED since November 2020, Deepak focuses on product development and strategy. Prior to this, Deepak served as Product Leader for Supply Chain and Customer Experience at Myntra from July 2014 to November 2020, where responsibilities included leading a team of ten product managers and developing innovative logistics and returns systems, achieving significant cost reduction and enhancing customer experiences. Earlier roles include a Business Analyst in Fraud Strategy at American Express, focusing on fraud loss mitigation, and a Project Engineer at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, overseeing multiple projects in power plants. Deepak holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
