Vaibhav Goel

Vaibhav Goel is an experienced professional in talent management and development, currently serving as the Talent Management and Development Lead at CRED since February 2023. Prior to this role, Vaibhav held various positions at Amazon, including Talent Management Leader for Physical Stores and Specialty Fulfillment, and Senior Talent Development Specialist, where responsibilities included cross-functional leadership development and managing Learning & Development functions for the India Consumer Business. Vaibhav also worked at Myntra, where the foundation for systematic Learning & Development was established, and led talent management initiatives for leadership talent. Earlier experience includes consulting at Aon Hewitt and internships at Times Business Solutions Limited and Hewlett-Packard. Vaibhav holds a PGDM in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology.
