Sourav Saha

Sourav Saha is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience across multiple roles in the financial and legal sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at CredAble since February 2022, Sourav provides comprehensive legal support for various transactions and compliance matters, overseeing the drafting and finalization of a wide range of legal documents. Previously, at Morgan Stanley, contributed to establishing the Global NDA desk in India, while at Deutsche Bank, handled complex derivative documents and negotiations. Earlier roles include positions at Custos Legis, ICICI Bank, and SIVA Group, where responsibilities ranged from advising on commercial documentation to conducting legal audits and representing clients in arbitration. Sourav holds a B.A. LL.B from NALSAR, University of Law, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from National Law University, Jodhpur.
