Mona Sharma

Mona Sharma has a diverse professional background with experience in IT support, debt collection, and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Support Executive at Infosys since June 2021, Mona has also worked as a Debt Collector for Credence Resource Management, LLC since June 2018. Previous roles include Associate at EXL from April 2017 to May 2018 and Tech Support at Wipro BPS from June 2016 to January 2017. Mona holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Biotechnology from Dr. D.Y. Patil Biotechnology and Bioinformatics Institute, Pune, completed in 2016, and completed secondary education at Lucknow Public School from 2005 to 2010.
