Andre Jacob Heard

Andre Jacob Heard, PMP, currently serves as the Performance and Development Manager at Credence Management Solutions, LLC, focusing on the Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance for USAID. Previously, Andre held the position of Senior Country Officer at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, overseeing significant PEPFAR, CDC, USAID, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation projects in Uganda and Malawi. Andre's extensive experience includes project management roles at Chemonics International, where leadership was demonstrated in various aspects such as business line launches, contract management, and team organization. Additionally, Andre has worked in administrative and research roles across several organizations, including the Appalachian Regional Commission and the Danish Refugee Council. Andre holds a Master’s Degree in Business for Social Impact and Human Security from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Miami.
