Deanna Winstead is a seasoned professional in proposal management and competitive intelligence, currently serving as a Senior Proposal Manager at Credence since May 2024. Previously, Deanna held the position of Director of Proposal Management at C² Technologies, Inc., where oversight of proposal development utilized AI and ML technologies to enhance efficiency across various departments. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Competitive Intelligence & Proposal Management at Zantech IT Services, Inc., and positions focused on research and evaluation at organizations such as the United Negro College Fund Special Programs and Circle Solutions, Inc. Deanna holds a Ph.D. in Education, a Master's in Educational Psychology, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, all from George Mason University, along with an Associate's degree from Northern Virginia Community College.
