Brian Wessley

Brian Wessley has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Brian currently holds the position of Chief Talent Officer at Credent Wealth Management, where they oversee talent acquisition and development strategies. In this role, they focus on creating high-performance teams and enhancing the company's brand and visibility.

Before joining Credent Wealth Management, Brian worked at Metal Technologies for 22 years, starting as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and later becoming the Vice President. During their tenure, they played a vital role in managing the company's human resources functions.

Prior to their time at Metal Technologies, Brian worked at Briggs & Stratton as an Assistant Human Resources Manager and later became the Human Resources Manager. Overall, Brian has a strong background in human resources management and talent development, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Brian Wessley obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from UW Oshkosh, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Brian then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completing it from 1999 to 2001.
