Bronwen Edwards

Bronwen Edwards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing automation and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Martech Practice at Credera APAC since November 2022. Prior to this role, Bronwen was the Practice Head for Marketing Automation at Idea Science and the Practice Lead at Cattle Dog Digital Pty Ltd, where a focus on strategy, technology, and quality contributed to enhanced customer experiences and business outcomes. Bronwen’s previous positions include Chief Customer Officer at Simple, Professional Services Manager at Marketo, and roles at American Express and Thomson Reuters.
