Jon Miles

Jon Miles is currently the Manager of Client Success at Credible. Prior to this role, Jon held various positions at Republic Wireless, including the roles of Assisted Support Quality Program Manager and Partner & Escalation Team Lead. Before working at Republic Wireless, Jon served as a Customer Care Mentor at Bandwidth.com and held supervisory positions at Enterprise Holdings Inc. Jon holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from SUNY Canton and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from SUNY Oneonta.
