Lina Maria Agudelo Alvarez

Lina Maria Agudelo Alvarez is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Human Development at Credicorp Capital since February 2020, Lina Maria is responsible for recruitment across multiple Latin American countries and has been recognized for successfully leading the hiring of over 100 candidates in 2021 for a strategic project. Prior to this role, Lina Maria coordinated culture and development processes at Ultraserfinco, where impactful quality of life improvement programs were implemented for staff. Additionally, Lina Maria worked at the Instituto Social de Vivienda y Habitat de Medellin from 2013 to 2018, leading human resource processes and contributing to the structuring of talent management within the organization. Lina Maria holds a specialization in Human Development Management from Universidad EAFIT and a degree in Social Work from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
