Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously operated Barbería El Galgo Negro as the Owner/Manager from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's expertise in nutrition was also demonstrated through work as a Nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a University Professor teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
