Marie des Neiges Vendeuvre is an experienced professional in employer branding and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing at Credicorp since May 2018. Vendeuvre has successfully developed and launched the employer brand "The Best Place for The Best" across Latin America, significantly increasing brand awareness in Peru, Colombia, and Chile. In previous roles as Talent Acquisition & Development Senior Manager and Deputy Manager at Credicorp, Vendeuvre provided strategic advice to executives on people strategy and talent management. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Head of Foundation and Corporate Social Responsibility at Belcorp, where Vendeuvre focused on talent engagement and social impact initiatives. Additionally, Vendeuvre has a background in sustainability management from Aïny / Savoirs des Peuples. Educational qualifications include executive programs from MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Kennedy School, as well as master's degrees in Economics and Business Administration.
