Michelle Labarthe

Michelle Labarthe currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Credicorp and holds a position as a Board Member at both Lider Grupo Constructor and Grupo Civitano. Additionally, Michelle has been a Professor for the M&A Case Studies Seminar at Universidad del Pacifico since August 2018. Previous experience includes leadership roles as Director and Country Head for Peru at Lazard, Director for the Financial Institutions Group at Rothschild, and Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Lehman Brothers. Early career experience encompasses an Analyst role in Strategy Wholesale Banking and Investment Banking at Banco de Crédito BCP. Michelle Labarthe holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima.
