Damon Romano is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in application support and compliance within the technology and legal sectors. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager I at Credit Acceptance since April 2022, Damon leads an engineering team focused on modernizing operations and improving efficiency for the Account Solutions group. Previously, Damon held positions such as Application Analysis Manager I, overseeing compliance between corporate legal and software development, and IT Supervisor for support and analysis teams. Prior experience includes managing application support for ExamWorks, Inc., serving as a paralegal, and working as a hearing officer in various state departments. Damon earned a J.D. from Belmont University College of Law and participated in a web development bootcamp at Nashville Software School.
