Regina Lee

Regina Lee has extensive experience at Credit Acceptance, starting as an Associate Recruiter in 2001 and progressing through various roles, including Senior Recruiter and Regional Funding Supervisor, before taking on the position of Interview Coach in 2016. In the role of Interview Coach, Regina Lee facilitates training to align interview requirements with the expectations of Sales Directors and supports process improvement initiatives. As Regional Funding Supervisor, Regina Lee enhanced the funding process by coaching credit analysts and fostering stakeholder relationships. Previous roles also include Project and Vendor Manager, where Regina Lee worked with IT and project leaders on project implementation and managed operations, and Quality and Training Manager, focusing on customer service in a call center environment through training and quality review.
