Julien Teixeira

Julien Teixeira has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as HR controlling, HRIS, and C&B manager at Balmain since November 2021. Prior to this role, Julien worked as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at ALD Automotive from April 2019 to October 2021, where notable achievements included managing salary increase and bonus campaigns for 1,200 employees and implementing several tools for payroll tracking and key performance indicators. Julien's earlier experience includes a similar position at Société Générale from October 2014 to April 2019, focusing on compensation strategies for various departments at both national and international levels, and project management in HR at Societe Generale Securities Services from September 2013 to September 2014. Julien holds a Master 2 in Human Resources Management and a Master I in Human Resources from Institut de Gestion Sociale in Paris, along with a Bachelor’s degree from Sup des RH.
