Justyna Kolat-Grzywaczewska

Justyna Kolat-Grzywaczewska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Data Warehouse Competence Center at Crédit Agricole since October 2011, Justyna leads a team of approximately 30 individuals in enhancing Business Intelligence and Reporting processes, while also fulfilling the roles of Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager. Previous experience includes roles as an IT Systems Analyst at Lukas Bank and Project Media, where Justyna focused on business needs analysis, system solutions design, and development life cycle coordination. Justyna's educational background includes a Master of Science in Mathematics from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and multiple postgraduate degrees in Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Insurance and Financial Investments.
