Cedric Houret

Cedric Houret has extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as the Regional Technical Director for Crédit Agricole Immobilier since May 2018. In this role, Cedric manages the Technical Service for Île-de-France, overseeing three business units: design, studies, and production, while directing a team of ten professionals. Previously, Cedric held the position of Production Director at Nafilyan & Partners, managing 15 projects with approximately 1,500 housing units, and at BPD Marignan, where a focus was on operational supervision of 300 housing units annually. Early career roles include responsibilities as a project manager, technical manager, and economist across various companies, complemented by a foundation in building technology through an education at EBTP Vincennes.
