Jane Butler

Jane Butler is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in dispute resolution, currently serving as the Head of Dispute Resolution at Credit Agricole CIB in London since July 2022. Jane's career at Crédit Agricole CIB began in September 2007, focusing on advising and resolving global disputes across all business lines. Prior to this role, Jane worked as an Associate at Mayer Brown, managing complex contractual and professional indemnity disputes from June 2002 to September 2007, and at Hogan Lovells, where advisory work spanned domestic and multi-jurisdictional litigation from January 2000 to June 2002. Jane's early career included a position as a Pupil Barrister at 2 Kings Bench Walk and 10-11 Gray's Inn Chambers, covering a wide range of contentious civil and common law matters. Jane holds both a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Newcastle University.
