Joe Lehocky

Joe Lehocky, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of HR and Recruitment at Crédit Agricole CIB since August 2022, focusing on campus and junior-level recruitment strategies for the Americas Region. Additionally, Joe chairs the Employer Relations Council for Rowan University School of Business and provides freelance professional development services, including resume and LinkedIn support. Joe's prior experience includes roles at UBS as Associate Director of Recruitment and at Deutsche Bank as Campus Recruitment Specialist. Joe holds a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and two master's degrees from Rowan University in Counseling in Educational Settings and Public Relations.
