Natasha Wambeck

Natasha Wambeck is a seasoned professional with significant experience in talent development and corporate strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Group Succession and Talent Development at Maybank since September 2019, Natasha has led initiatives to enhance human capital development within the organization. Prior to this role, Natasha was the Corporate Strategy Manager at MyHSR Corporation Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities included leading human capital development initiatives for the rail industry in Malaysia. Earlier experience includes a Management Consultant position at Accenture, focusing on business strategy and change management, and serving as a Senior Associate at KPMG Management & Risk Consulting, where Natasha led projects aimed at restructuring agricultural training institutions and developing strategic business plans. Natasha Wambeck holds a BA (Hons.) in International Business Management from The University of Nottingham.
