Mohamed Hedi Fitouri

Mohamed Hedi Fitouri currently serves as a Technical Support Consultant at Crédit Agricole CIB since January 2023. Prior to this role, Mohamed held the position of Technical Support Engineer at FIS from August 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included investigating and resolving production issues for the RIMS Application while promoting user satisfaction. Earlier experience includes a final internship at Tunisie Telecom focused on implementing an open-source solution for vulnerability management, and a final internship at Hitech & Business Mobility centered on implementing a VoIP solution. Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the Private Graduate School of Engineering and Technology (ESPRIT), a three-year university degree from the Higher Institute of Computer Science (ISI), and a high school diploma from El Wafa High School.
