Ravishankar Rajappa

Ravishankar Rajappa is an experienced IT executive with a strong background in cash management and corporate banking services. Currently serving as IT Vice President at Crédit Agricole CIB since June 2019, Ravishankar has also held the role of IT Release Program Manager in corporate banking services. Previously, Ravishankar worked at Ford Motor Company from November 2012 to June 2019 as Program Manager for Product Development and as ITSM Service Architect, where important IT service management and operational processes were launched. Additional experience includes positions at Technosoft Global Services, Mphasis, and WNS Global Services, focusing on problem management, ITIL consulting, and technical analysis. Ravishankar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from SSN College of Engineering, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
