Tetiana Mashkovska

Tetiana Mashkovska currently serves as the Head of Organizational Transformation Direction at Credit Agricole Ukraine, a position held since March 2016. In this role, Tetiana specializes in the development and implementation of transformational changes, process improvement, project management methodologies, and IT project execution, successfully managing a portfolio of over 20 projects that enhance service models and organizational efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as Project and Program Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine, where Tetiana led IT solutions implementation, and Deputy Head of Project Management Department at PJSC “TAS Insurance Group.” Educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics from Kiev National Economic University.
