Shaif S.A has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shaif started their career as a Sales Executive at Dun and Bradsrteet Information Service India Ltd in 2007. Shaif then moved on to Crisil Ltd in 2008, where they worked as a Marketing Associate for two years. In 2010, Shaif joined Onicra Credit Rating Agency of India Ltd as a Manager of Business Development. Shaif later joined Credit Analysis & Research Ltd (CARE Ratings) in 2011 as an Officer of Business Development. Currently, Shaif is the Managing Director of Ithra Construction since the year 2023.

Shaif S.A completed an MBA in Marketing at the Millenium Institute of Management from 2003 to 2005.
