Racheal Leigh

Racheal Leigh is the Director of Compliance at Credit Bureau Systems. Racheal has previous experience working as a Law Clerk at Legal Aid of the Bluegrass and as a Judicial Intern at Fayette Circuit Court. Leigh is certified in UN-sponsored training on screening methodologies in human trafficking.

Racheal Leigh holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Louisville. Racheal is also certified by FDCPA Certifications, LLC in FDCPA compliance, by the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a Notary Public, by ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, as a Credit and Collection Compliance Professional, and by the National Academy of Ambulance Compliance as a Certified Ambulance Compliance Officer.

They are on a team with Will Edwards - Chief Operating Officer, Gary Lee - Chief Technology Officer, and Michael Lavender - Chief Financial Officer. Racheal Leigh reports to Lloyd Ledet, President & CEO.
