Mark Foster

Mark Foster began their work experience in 1991 as the Director of Advertising, Marketing, and Public Relations at The Great Passion Play. Mark also took on the role of an actor during their time there. In 1997, they joined CCOA as the Director of Education and Marketing.

Mark Foster has a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from John Brown University. Mark also has a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the same university. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Consumer Credit Educator (CCCE) from the National Foundation for Credit Counseling and as a Licensed Professional Counselor from the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling.
