Alex Leal

Alex Leal, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and compliance operations. Currently serving as the Senior Benefits and Compliance Operations Manager at Credit Human since March 2020, Alex has also held various roles within the organization, including Benefits Administrator, Human Resources Information System Administrator, and Benefits Advisor. Previously, Alex worked as a Public Health Nurse for the City of San Antonio Metropolitan Health District from July 2018 to March 2020, specializing in vaccination. Earlier in the career, Alex gained foundational experience as a Medical Assistant at MEDCARE ASSOCIATES, P.A. from August 2013 to April 2016. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of the Incarnate Word.
