Amelia Badders

Amelia Badders serves as the Chief Governance Officer at Credit Human since January 2023. Prior to this role, Amelia held various leadership positions at CPS Energy from September 1994 to January 2023, including Senior Director of Strategic Pricing & Cost Recovery, Director of Enterprise Advanced Analytics, and Interim Director of Enterprise Risk Management, among others. Amelia's responsibilities included managing budgeting and productivity efforts for the Electric Transmission and Distribution business unit and serving as Chief of Staff to CEO Milton Lee. Additionally, Amelia has served as a Board Member and Board Chair of San Antonio Youth Literacy from 2008 to 2016, focusing on improving literacy for elementary students in the San Antonio area. Amelia holds a Master's degree in Management of Technology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from East Carolina University.
