Rose Esparza, CCUFC, has extensive experience in the legal and customer service fields. Currently serving as a Member Relations Specialist, Fraud Specialist, and Legal, Fraud, Forensics - Legal Specialist at Credit Human since January 2014, Rose has developed a strong background in member relations and fraud investigation. Prior roles include Senior Legal Secretary at CPS Energy, Legal Secretary positions at Ajilon Legal Staffing and GEICO Staff Counsel, and various administrative positions at the City of San Antonio and the U.S. Attorney's Office. Rose's career began in the legal field as a Legal Secretary with the Law Office of Bill Blagg and Kugle, Byrne & Alworth, after pursuing education at The University of Texas at San Antonio, Tom C Clark High School, and John Marshall High School.
