Yannick Borde

Yannick Borde serves as the Directeur Général of GROUPE PROCIVIS OUEST IMMOBILIER since June 2008, overseeing a significant player in housing within the Pays de la Loire region, involved in both private and social housing sectors. As the President of PROCIVIS since October 2012 and of Crédit Immobilier de France since January 2013, Yannick brings extensive leadership to cooperative housing and financial services. Additionally, Yannick holds the position of Maire of Saint-Berthevin since 2003, having also served as Vice-Président of Laval Agglomération, focusing on economic and technological transition. As a Délégué départemental for Horizons since April 2023, Yannick promotes political and social initiatives within the Mayenne. Educational credentials include a DESS in Management Immobilier from ESSEC Business School and a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from Nantes Université.
