Raveena Shah

Raveena Shah is a Senior Product Manager at Credit Karma, specializing in Credit Karma Money since June 2021, where Raveena conceptualized and led the launch of an API-driven self-service card renewal process, achieving significant cost savings. Previously, Raveena initiated a series of improvements to customer grievance processes related to declined transactions, leading to a significant reduction in decline rates. Raveena's earlier roles at Credit Karma included building a fraud investigation tool used by over 100 employees and serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, teaching Information Visualization. With prior experience as a Business Analyst at Cisco, Raveena effectively improved project efficiencies and delivered substantial savings. Raveena holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has completed a Product Leader Course at Product School.
