Shaquille Johnson

Shaquille Johnson is an experienced fraud specialist currently working at Credit Karma since February 2021 and also serves as a part of Crown and Palm Luxury Travel Club since October 2022. Prior to these roles, Shaquille worked at Wells Fargo from April 2018 to February 2021, where responsibilities included recovering an average of $4,000 in losses daily through thorough reviews of credit card fraud claims and merchant documentation. Shaquille contributed to the creation of the first pre-arbitration training manual for Charlotte's new pre-arbitration team by leveraging expertise in debit card pre-arbitration and credit card claims. Additionally, Shaquille has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Columbia College (SC), earned between 2011 and 2015.
