Stephanie Dukes

Stephanie Dukes has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Stephanie worked at Credit Karma from 2015, starting as an Engineering Manager in the Quality Engineering team and later becoming the Senior Manager for Quality Engineering and Developer Efficiency. In December 2018, they were promoted to the role of Director of Engineering.

Prior to Credit Karma, Stephanie worked at SS&C Advent from 2007 to 2015 in various roles. Stephanie started as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, providing specialized technical support for Advent's portfolio management software. Stephanie then became a Senior Analyst and later a Staff Quality Assurance Engineer, focusing on portfolio accounting, reporting, trade order management, and custodial data. Stephanie also had responsibilities in leadership, mentoring, and collaborating with Advent's product development teams.

In 2012, Stephanie worked as a Technical Reviewer for O'Reilly Media's book "Excel 2013: The Missing Manual." Earlier in their career, they worked as a Network Administrator at Autodesk and a PC/LAN Analyst at Securities Investment Group, Wells Fargo Bank.

Throughout their career, Stephanie has demonstrated expertise in quality engineering, development efficiency, technical support, and product management.

Stephanie Dukes obtained a Certificate in JavaScript/HTML/CSS from General Assembly in 2015. Prior to that, they received an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from City College of San Francisco between 2010 and 2013. In 2000, Stephanie attended Santa Rosa Junior College to pursue General Education but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, they have several certifications including the TLC Leaders Program Certificate of Completion from The Leadership Consortium (TLC) in March 2021, the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) from ICAgile in January 2015, and the Certified ScrumMaster certification from ScrumAlliance in November 2014.
