Alisa Redgrift

Alisa Redgrift has been working in the Human Resources field since 2014. Alisa started at MatchCraft as a Talent and Culture Coordinator, where they provided comprehensive and effective support to the company's Head of People and Culture. Alisa also had the responsibility of managing day-to-day operations in the office, developing and maintaining vendor relations, human resources coordination, meeting coordination for senior staff and company event planning. In 2019, they moved to Primal Kitchen as a Human Resources Generalist. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Credit Key. Prior to their Human Resources career, Alisa Redgrift worked as an Administrator at South Bay Enrichment Academy and as a Bartender/Server at Fishbar.

Alisa Redgrift has a diverse educational background. Alisa attended El Camino College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Sociology. Alisa then attended California State University, Long Beach from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. In 2015, they earned a Certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills. Two years later, they earned another Certificate in Advanced Human Resources Management from the same university.
