Shelby Rodgers is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Credit Management Company since January 2019, Shelby has previously contributed to LifeCare Hospitals as a Human Resources Coordinator and BrightStar Care as an HR Staffing Coordinator. Additional experience includes serving as a Staffing Manager at TruFoodMfg, focusing on employee management, payroll, and recruitment processes, as well as an internship at UPMC, where responsibilities included updating job descriptions and conducting phone screens.
