Barbara Hoerner

Barbara Hoerner is an experienced legal professional, currently serving as VP Associate General Counsel at Credit One Bank since September 2017, where responsibilities include managing outside litigation, assisting with compliance functions, and conducting contract reviews. Prior to this role, Barbara held positions as Corporate Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Progressive Financial Services, Inc. from March 2006, and as Of Counsel at Fadell Cheney and Burt from June 2000 to March 2006. Barbara obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa Law School between 1987 and 1990 and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Education from Madycrest College from 1972 to 1976.
