Drew Hays, MBA, serves as the AVP - Business Intelligence Manager at Credit One Bank since June 2017, managing the Business Intelligence development and support team. Previously, Drew was the Director at PolyVista, Inc. from April 2008 to April 2017, overseeing all aspects of a professional services organization and developing project implementation methodologies. Drew's extensive experience includes roles as a Consultant at ATHENS TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS, LLC, Director of Professional Services at MicroStrategy, Inc., and various leadership positions at Conversion Services International, Software Forces, LLC, Crystal Decisions Inc., Seagate Software, and Information Resources, Inc.
