Glen Williams has a diverse work experience in the customer service industry. Glen currently holds the position of SVP Customer Service at Credit One Bank since October 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Contact Centers at Citizens from November 2016 to October 2020. Glen also worked at Iron Mountain as the SVP for Contact Center, Collections, and Billing from December 2010 to November 2016. Before that, they held leadership positions at Standard Chartered Bank, where they served as the Head of Contact Center Service, Sales, and Collections as well as the Head of Call Center SE Asia from June 2009 to December 2010. Lastly, Glen worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for several years as the SVP for Call Center and Back Office Operations from January 2001 to December 2008.
Glen Williams has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Maryland. Additionally, they hold a Master of Arts degree from the same university.
