Ivett Pavon, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Ivett started their career at Sitel in 2006 as a Team Leader and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2015, they joined TELUS International as a Quality Supervisor and later became a Regional Customer Experience Manager (Google, Mastercard) until 2017. In 2017, they joined TeleTech as a Manager of Customer Experience for a brief period. Currently, they are working at Credit One Bank, starting as the Vice President of Vendor Management from 2017 to 2019. Ivett then served as the Vice President of Fraud Operations from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they held the role of Assistant Vice President of Presidential Complaints. Currently, they are the Vice President of Fraud Risk & Payment Strategy at Credit One Bank.
