Laura Ramos

Laura R. is an accomplished UX Lead/Manager and Senior UX Designer with extensive experience in design operations and team leadership. Currently at Credit Repair Cloud since October 2021, Laura has successfully established DesignOps, developed design systems, and optimized workflows. Previously at Zigzy, Laura was the Lead Designer for a Greenfield CRM project in the mortgage industry, overseeing design processes and mentoring colleagues. Earlier experience includes roles as a Graphic Designer at Kraferd, Inc., and as a Freelance Graphic Designer, where Laura focused on B2C marketing collateral in the dental industry. Laura's educational background includes studies at Fullerton College from 2014 to 2016.
