Jessica Parker

Jessica Parker has over 15 years of experience in regulatory reporting and legal entity management at Credit Suisse, where responsibilities include entity governance and oversight, policy interpretation, and training for compliance. Jessica has also held leadership roles in various committees and sections within the New York State Bar Association, including Co-Chair of the Veterans Committee and Chair positions within the Business Law Section. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Legal Officer for My Sisters' Place, overseeing corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and working as a transactional attorney in several law firms, advising clients on business transactions and risk mitigation. Jessica holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in History and Art History from UCLA, complemented by leadership training from HEC Paris and Yale University.
