Lori Willi

Lori Ma Willi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director Group CFO Chief of Staff at UBS since July 2023, Lori previously spent over 14 years at Credit Suisse in various senior roles, including Managing Director Group COO Chief of Staff and Managing Director of Human Resources. In these capacities, Lori led HR operations for Wealth Management and EMEA, partnered with business leaders, and drove strategic HR initiatives. Earlier in the career at Zurich Financial Services, Lori held positions as IT Account Executive and Global Service Improvement Manager, focusing on global strategic initiatives and IT service delivery. Lori holds a degree from Rutgers University, completed in 1990.
