Brian Marshall

Brian Marshall is a Compensation Manager and Statistician at the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) since March 2020, where responsibilities include utilizing workforce data and business intelligence solutions to help agency leaders navigate changing work environments. Prior to NCUA, Brian served as an HR Data Scientist at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) from November 2017 to March 2020, leading the development of the award-winning Human Capital Dashboard. Brian also worked as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte between January 2015 and November 2017, creating a staffing model for Customs and Border Protection Officers. Earlier experience as a Survey Statistician at the U.S. Census Bureau involved managing survey design and publishing statistics from September 2010 to January 2015. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Elon University.
