Patrick Lightfoot

Patrick Lightfoot serves as Associate Counsel (Ethics) at NCUA, where responsibilities include managing the agency's ethics program and drafting various legal documents. Prior to NCUA, Patrick held the position of Associate Counsel at the Office of Government Ethics, focusing on developing ethics policies for the Executive Branch and providing legal advice to ethics officials. Earlier experience includes roles as an Assistant Counsel at the Social Security Administration, Attorney Advisor, and Law Clerk positions with the D.C. Court of Appeals and various law firms. Patrick holds a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Cornell University.
