Marine Chartier

Marine Chartier is currently the Head of Legal at IDAKTO, where she is in charge of the corpus of courses related to the Law of Artificial Intelligence. Prior to this role, she held positions such as Scientific Leader et Chargée d'enseignement pour le Mastère Juriste d'entreprise at ESMD École supérieure des métiers du droit, and Legal Manager & DPO at ubble. Marine has a strong background in legal management, data protection, contract negotiation, intellectual property law, and compliance. She also has extensive experience in setting up legal services within companies, creating contract templates, and providing legal support for various aspects of business operations. Marine holds a Master II in Industrial and Artistic Property and a Master I in General Private Law, among other relevant qualifications.
