Scott Sand, MBA, currently serves as a National Training Specialist at the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), where responsibilities include the development and delivery of training programs since January 2020. Previously, Scott held adjunct faculty positions at Indiana Business College and National College of Business & Technology, teaching business courses such as Finance and Economics. Scott's professional background also includes significant experience in the mortgage industry, having served as an Underwriting Manager at HSBC/Decision One Mortgage and as a Consumer Loan Supervisor at Beacon Credit Union. Educational credentials include an MBA, BSBA, and ASB, all obtained from Indiana Wesleyan University.
