Laurie Kelly

Laurie Kelly currently serves as the Total Rewards Director at America's Credit Unions since January 2024, and also holds the position of Total Rewards Manager at the Credit Union National Association since February 2023. Previously, Laurie spent nearly 24 years at Park Bank - Madison, advancing through various roles including Assistant Vice President Benefits & Compensation Officer, Senior Benefits Officer, Benefits Officer, Benefits Administrator, Compensation and Benefit Analyst, Human Resources Generalist 2, and Human Resources Generalist. Laurie obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
