Josee Larbalestier

Josee Larbalestier is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation. Currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at the Electrical Safety Authority since August 2025, Larbalestier previously held the position of Senior Advisor, Total Rewards at CATSA / ACSTA from January 2022 to August 2025.
