Rachel Reese

Rachel Reese, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Total Rewards at Credit Union of Colorado, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel managed total rewards at Alera Group, Inc. for over three years, overseeing employee benefit programs for a workforce exceeding 2,000 in the U.S. Rachel's experience includes serving as the Director of Compliance at Shirazi Benefits, Chief of Staff at Sample Supports, HR Manager at InDevR, Inc., Benefits Specialist at VolkBell, and HR Assistant/Payroll Specialist at Ernest Health.
